Well here we go with lots of photos. Unfortunately I didn’t remember to snap photos of everything — hey I’m new at this. So, these are just some recent eats from the past few days ! ๐Ÿ™‚

First some cinnamon apple chai tea with fat free whip cream ๐Ÿ™‚ mmm ! Perfect for a sweets craving.


I got really excited this morning when I got to have OIAJ ! Better’n peanut butter is my favorite. I could literally eats the entire jar if I didn’t control myself :p



And here we’ve got some Greek yogurt, some blueberries, kamut puffs, truvia, and waldens syrup ! Perfect for an after workout recovery snack!


This was an after dinner dessert. I’m attempting to eat more fruits! This is banana, pear, apple with waldens syrup again. Yum !


A Rita’s gelati .. Oops where did that come from ?! Haha ๐Ÿ˜‰ mango water ice and vanilla ice cream!


A recent breakfast , oatmeal with apple and cinnamon and some chia seeds ! Gotta get those omega 3s ๐Ÿ˜‰


Best protein shake ever ! Chocolate protein, ice, half cup milk, cinnamon, truvia, raspberries, and a quarter banana. It was delicious !


And here are my new sneaks I’m in love with ๐Ÿ™‚


Whats your favorite type of sneaker ? I always need a pair with good support for my flat feet -_- !!
