I am so happy it’s finally Thursday ! Why, you might ask?! .. Because my spring break has just officially begun, and it was a much needed break indeed π !
So I figure id share with you guys some of my recent creations !

… So I totally have a coffee addiction. Guilty as charged. I probably drink about 4 cups a day ! I know it’s not good for me, so I’ve slowly been switching to tea. But may I suggest toasted almond coffee from Dunkin ! I get it black and add a few splendas, always a nice pick me up π
This was an afternoon snack/ after lunch dessert. I crumbled up 2 rice cakes , cut up some pear, and dipped into Walden Farm’s maple syrup ! I also had a cup of spiced apple chai tea on the side.
So I found these lovely delicious wraps today in the store and had to have em ! They’re low carb, high protein, and only 50 cals per wrap ! .. And they inspired a delicious post workout treat….
And here is the post workout snack ! I used better’n pb , some blue berries, and some kamut puffs for a crunch in the wrap. IT WAS AWESOME π I suggest you try it out ! Got my protein, carbs, and fruit all in one! Plus they say sugar (found in the blueberries) helps repair and stimulate muscle growth ! Win-win situation.
And last but not least ! I made some kale chips today. They were pretty good and easy to make. I used kale leaves (obviii) , Pam organic canola oil spray, some old bay , and pepper ! My momma liked them, so that’s how you know they’re good. She usually makes funny faces at the healthy food I eat :p one day she’ll learn. I love her to death though. We’re best friends β€
